Wildwood Church is seeking a detail-oriented and ministry-minded Administrative Assistant to support our discipleship and assimilation ministries.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient with technology, able to manage multiple projects, and passionate about helping people connect and grow within the life of the church. Responsibilities include overseeing membership and baptism processes, managing Planning Center and other church software, tracking attendance and ministry data, and assisting with general church office and Sunday morning operations.
This position plays a vital role in creating an organized, welcoming, and effective ministry environment that helps people take their next steps in following Christ.
