If you have decided to make Wildwood your home church and have completed the membership classes, please complete our membership application and spiritual gifts test below:

You will then schedule a time to meet with two Wildwood Elders for an informal time of connection and to share your story of how you came to know Christ. It’s a great way to get to know some of our Elders.
Next, we will need a photo of you and your spouse (if applicable). If you are being baptized, we will need your shirt size as well. You can submit a photo and let us know shirt sizes in the link below:
