When I talked about caring for orphans at the end of this sermon, I left it hanging like I believe everyone should open their homes for foster care and adoption. But caring for orphans looks different for everyone. While everyone should care for widows and orphans in some way, only some are able to open their homes to foster and adopt children. Everyone else can surround those families with support. They can provide resources, offer meals, do laundry, babysit, help with transportation, and more.
